Do you have a cancellations policy?
If you are unable to attend your treatment, please give at least 48 hours notice so that your slot can be filled. If you give less than 24 hours notice you will be asked to pay the full cost of your treatment.
I have a medical condition, can I have a treatment?
If you have been diagnosed with or suspect you may have a pre-existing medical condition you should consult your GP for advice, diagnosis and treatment and always inform your health professional before starting any alternative or additional therapies. Some medical conditions are restricted from receiving a treatment, and some may require a GP note of approval before going ahead. If you are unsure please give me a quick call to discuss.
Do you provide mobile treatments in my own home / holiday let?
Due to increased demand, I am only able to provide treatments from my private treatment room in Moreton-in-Marsh at this time. If you really are unable to visit me for whatever reason, then please contact me using the contact page, as in exceptional circumstances I may be able to help.
